That’s when PACT Prosperity Coaching was born. Augie never dreamed with his first PACT Coaching session that the business would blossom into PACT Prosperity. As students approached him, making special requests for particular types of programs, he and his team obliged. Augie is the founder of PACT Prosperity. PACT stands for Personal Action Coaching and Training but according to Augie, “The acronym PACT is an acronym for the four pillars that lead people to a successful life.
The four pillars are:
Passion, without a deep-seated desire and belief you’ll never get out of the starting gate;
Action, the key element, which causes new things to happen;
Commitment, the ability to apply oneself to achieving a goal or objective and never, never, never give up!
Transformation, is the by-product of growth resulting from one’s Passion, Action and Commitment.
Augie is also an active real estate investor who has completed over 300 transactions and in doing so has developed a network of private lenders. He is a nationally recognized author, trainer, coach, and publisher.
His inspiring and people-centered approach to business has helped him make a name for himself in the investment and educational arenas. Augie believes in creating win-win scenarios for buyers and sellers using something he calls, “Transaction Engineering," a blend of financial literacy and creativity.
He writes numerous articles on the subject of creative real estate investing for real estate investing associations nationwide through his free monthly newsletter, “The Intellectual Capital Report.” He trains on many subject areas, including: creative real estate investing, exit strategies, what to do before you buy, buying subject-to, how to talk to sellers, buying with lease options, selling with lease options, how to find motivated seller leads, and more! He is a content-driven and engaging speaker who delivers on the needs of promoters and audiences alike.
Augie is a former banker and has been married for over 25 years, and is the father of a son. He moved to Florida in 2003, and began teaching creative real estate investing in 2004.
